"We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. It seems that there was a misunderstanding on how policies are submitted and how underwriting and external surveys of the properties work. Your check was not cashed because your escrow company waited 10 days to get the check sent out to us, and the policy went into declination during that timeframe.
